As soon as I realized I was stuck in Terminal B with stupid Southwest, a sense of dread began to set in. I knew there were no great food options here, unless I wanted to wait 62.5 hours for a table at that PGA brewery place. So I decided to do what Las Vegas people do best: I gambled. I pushed all my chips into the pot and bet on some random place called 360 Gourmet Burrito...a name probably generated by AI. It gave off Chipotle and Moe's vibes, except unlike those places 360 has a big screen so you can't see any of the food or what the employees are doing. "What are they hiding?" I pondered. The line moved slowly. I've noticed airport food service employees -- regardless of the city -- seem to be blissfully unaware that they are in an airport. The fact that you might have mere seconds to make your flight to avoid being stranded and destitute is about as relevant to them as the geopolitical situation of Belgium. I went with the steak quesadilla which seemed like an insane move at the time. Honestly? It wasn't bad at all. It was a very above average quesadilla, served piping hot with the traditional accompaniments. The rice and beans on the side were also quite delicious. At the end of the day, my gamble paid off. Next time I fly out of here, I will gladly try this place again...double or nothing.
I must admit that I was surprised! The line was too long at Einstein bagels so we decided to get a burrito here... we got the breakfast burrito with eggs and bacon. No plastic silverware at the napkin counter and they were out of salt, but they had Chalula packets (yeah!). The burrito was pretty good for fast food and hit the spot. Of course the line was sort of long and the people working inside were extremely slow moving, but I guess it could've been worse. Bottom line: We would go back.
